Sydney, NSW.

Where did you grow up?

Panania (south western suburn of Sydney).

Working class - English speaking family. No ethnic ties.

Aussie slang if that counts.

North coast of NSW. Nice beaches, countryside. Good climate.

Have you ever experienced or witnessed racism? How did it make you feel?

Yes. Quite often at school years ago.

What did you do about it?

At the time nothing was done because that was part of "normal" school yard life. These days more would be made of it, as that sort of behaviour isn't generally acceptable.

What advice would you give kids experiencing racism?

Make sure parents, school teachers or police are aware it's going on.

What kind of Australia would you like to see for our children?

One where everyone has equal opportunities to work, live and enjoy the country.
