| Abstract: | The AEOP has been developed in line with the "Plan for Government School Education 1998 - 2000" and is based fundamentally on the principles of the Education Department's "Students at Educational Risk" strategy. Six focus areas have been identified in the AEOP, requiring a concerted effort at the school, district and central levels over the next three years. For each of the six areas, the Education Department of WA will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate central initiatives to assist schools and districts with achieving improved outcomes for Aboriginal students. |
